OK, I am going to try to get this assignment started a little earlier than the last . For this one I am looking for photos with motion, any way to show motion in your photographs. So go out, take some shots and submit the hell out this one, lol. -Chris

Here is one where I panned with the dog and got him perfect. I like the way the background is out of focus due to the panning. www.pbase.com/carlg51/image/62584141 - this was taken indoors with florescent overhead lighting.

What a great shot! Can you share some of your settings? Was the carriage sitting still, and you shot with very slow shutter speed??

A couple of shots of "frozen motion". I love the five frames a second on the D200! She looks so "evil" in this shot, but she's just launched to catch a frisbie. One of many airborn catches. This dog will literally fetch a frisbie (or ball, or stick...) until she falls down and passes out.

The easiest way to get a photo up is to sign up for flickr (until we get our own gallery soon). Upload your image there, then right click on the image and copy image source. Then come back to here past the link or past the link using the image icon/button when you post a message.

Hi photolady, welcome to the forum. Chris the owner, has created a thread/place where we have monthly assignments this month is "movement" so all you have to do is photograph something that shows movement then either upload it to a page that you use and then post the link to the forum so that we can view it or post it straight into the forum.. hope this helps, I'm sure there's others who can explain it a bit more clearly.. I just joined can someone help me by telling me what I am to do here?
