I know what has been said about the D100, that the D70 and D50 cameras have both out dated it and all. But even though I bypassed both those and now have a D200, I still find that I shoot as often or more with the D100 and am just as happy with my results.

I agree. I have used my D100 for over two years and added a D70 about a year and a half ago. Recently I bought a D200 and now I carry all three when I go out for a full day of shooting. My D100 gets as much use as the D200 and is a great camera. As long as it keeps working I will continue using it. Just because there are newer DSLRs in my bag doesn't mean that it doesn't do a good job when I need it.
